EXCELLENT PAY RATES
At Chase we are constantly keeping our eye on the market rates that are being offered for temporary work. We understand that one of the main reasons that you do temporary work is for the money. Because of existing contract restraints we don’t always have the flexibility to increase rates, but rest assured that wherever possible we try and get you the maximum we can. Likewise, if you have been in a long-term temporary assignment, we won’t forget to review your rate on an annual basis.
SOCIAL EVENTS
We aim to be a friendly and personal agency. We want you to enjoy the work you are doing. We think it is important to get to know you and so we organise regular social events such as drinks and a meal, bowling and quizzes.
GIFTS AND INCENTIVES
We offer £20.00 gift vouchers to anybody introducing a friend who then works for us in an assignment. We also reward temps for a job well done with various gifts to show that we appreciate your hard work and commitment.
REGULAR CONTACT
This may not seem like a big thing but there are a lot of agencies that seem to forget about their temporary staff once they are out on assignment. We want you to feel appreciated for the work that you do and we do this by keeping in regular contact with you. We keep in touch by telephone as well as visiting you on site.
