• All candidates are registered in person and are fully tested in all relevant skills before being considered for any temporary or permanent employment

• We monitor our service to both clients and candidates by sending out regular appraisal letters. Any complaints about our service will be followed up and resolved by our Branch Manager

• All temporary staff will be reference checked before commencing an assignment

• Accurate CVs will be prepared for all candidates forwarded for permanent vacancies

• Vacancies are discussed in detail with candidates before their CVs are forwarded ensuring only genuine applicants are received by the recruiter

• Temporary staff are fully briefed on bookings and will receive written confirmation of their assignments ensuring they are fully aware of their requirements
